Great beds, a kitchen area and air conditioner in the room. The views over garden. The location was magnificent and particularly good and the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Loved lovely area.

The room had AC which was a nice touch. I also liked having a microwave, fridge, and kitchenware available. the location was great, super close to restaurants, the town center, and shops. 🌟

Conveniently located, only 600 feet from Garden Spa. I loved that it was just a 5-minute drive from the airport, super handy! the room I stayed in had A/C and was quite pleasant. 😊.

Amazing stay during New Year's Eve! the room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to beat the heat. the Wi-Fi signal was strong, allowing us to stay connected. the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the main street but still peaceful and quiet. We had easy access to restaurants and shops, making our stay convenient and enjoyable.

The staff seemed uninterested in providing information about tours and gave us inconsistent exchange rates when paying in cash. We also discovered better tour options and prices outside of the accommodation, leaving us feeling abandoned.

The room at Casa Thirema Tortuguero was fantastic! It had a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, which made it so convenient for our family with small kids. The soundproofing was great too, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. And the fact that bed linen and towels were provided in each room was a bonus.

The only downside for me was that not all rooms at the property had a kitchenette. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

I recently stayed at Casa Thirema in Tortuguero and I must say that it was a convenient choice for a transit stay. The nearest airport, which is located around 129 km away from the hotel, made it incredibly easy for me to catch my flight the next day. The database provided accurate information about the hotel's location, helping me plan my journey efficiently and saving me a lot of time and hassle.

Although my stay at Casa Thirema was overall pleasant, there was one minor issue that I encountered. The beds in the hotel were not equipped with regular pillows, but instead had small, flat cushions that were not comfortable to sleep on.

Stayed for a few days. Carmen, the receptionist and tour coordinator, was smart and enthusiastic, providing great assistance. The hotel had comfortable mattresses and a convenient location near food options. The canal tour was recommended, especially with a smaller boat for access to smaller canals. The hike up Cerro del Tortuguero was enjoyable with lots of animals. The staff, wifi, breakfast, and modern rooms were all highlights.
